21+ Strictly Enforced. The pak55 platform is exclusively available to individuals aged 21 years and above. Registering, accessing, or using pak55 services while under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
To be eligible to register and use pak55, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
pak55 conducts age and identity verification at registration and may repeat verification at the point of withdrawal or at any other time at our reasonable discretion. Where a player cannot satisfy age or identity verification requirements, access to withdrawals and certain platform features will be suspended pending verification. pak55 is not liable for any funds deposited by an unverified player who is subsequently found to be ineligible.

Each individual player may hold only one (1) registered account on pak55. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Where duplicate accounts are detected, pak55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes. pak55 is not responsible for any service failures, payment delays, or account issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified pak55 support of unauthorised access.

pak55 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any registered account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
All pak55 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR via supported local payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are generally processed instantly. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours for mobile wallet methods and within three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.
pak55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into a player account at any time, particularly where deposit volumes are unusually large or patterns are inconsistent with normal recreational play. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal suspension pending investigation.
Currency Note: Where USDT TRC20 is used for deposits, the PKR equivalent is calculated at the market exchange rate at the time of the transaction. pak55 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for currency fluctuation losses.

In the case of a voided bet, the stake is returned to the player's account. Void decisions are final once communicated. pak55 does not accept liability for losses arising from a player's reliance on odds or results that are subsequently found to be in error.
For cricket markets — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and domestic tournaments — specific settlement rules apply regarding rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, match abandonment, and over reduction. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
pak55 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, pak55 will act proportionately, which may include warning, temporary suspension, permanent closure, or legal referral depending on the severity of the breach.
All content on the pak55 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data, and design elements — is the intellectual property of pak55 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak55 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any pak55 content without prior written authorisation from pak55.
The pak55 name, logo, and associated brand marks are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks — including on third-party websites, social media, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
pak55's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an account is closed by pak55 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request, and no breach is found, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak55 holds its international gaming licence.
